Join us for an unforgettable day of purpose, connection, and community as we come together to support Building a Refuge and raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.  This isn’t just a ride… it’s a movement.
There is NO CHARGE for the ride, but we would greatly appreciate a donation to our mission.
Every mile ridden and every conversation shared helps shine a light on something that impacts so many—especially men—yet often goes unspoken. At Building a Refuge, we believe that real change begins with real conversations, and this event is designed to create exactly that.
💡 WHY THIS EVENT MATTERS
Mental health challenges are real, and too many people are facing them alone.
Rock N Ride For Hope is about:
* Breaking the stigma around mental health
* Creating safe spaces for open, honest conversations
* Educating our community on the importance of support and connection
* Encouraging individuals to speak up, seek help, and support one another
Through events like this, we continue building a culture where it’s okay to not be okay—and where no one has to walk through life alone.
❤️ OUR MISSION
Building a Refuge exists to meet people exactly where they are—without judgment, without pressure—offering real support through life’s challenges. Events like this allow us to expand our reach, provide resources, and continue making an impact in our community.
