Building a Refuge Heavy Metal for Hope

Heavy Metal for Hope is a one night benefit concert supporting mental health awareness in our community through the non-profit of Building a Refuge. Our BAR team is hoping to create a space that is open to have fun, enjoy heavy metal music and enjoy this special evening. We also focus on truly normalizing the fact that, if you’re not OK, it’s really alright to say something.
