Mental Health and Wellness Meeting – Building a Refuge hosts monthly meetings to support men’s mental health in our community. Our meetings are focused on networking with other men in our community that are open to share their story. Our mission is to create hope through One Story at a Time.

This March meeting, we are collaborating with Harley Davidson of Indianapolis on the National Grand Opening for Harley Davidson. We will participate in the vendors on site and BAR will be doing a “live” podcast that day where we will be having guest join us on our YouTube Channel.
