SUMMARY:April Building a Refuge Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Mental Health and Wellness Meeting – Building a Refuge hosts monthly meetings to support men’s mental health in our community. Our meetings are focused on networking with other men in our community that are open to share their story. Our mission is to create hope through One Story at a Time. \nThis meeting is focused on guys hanging out in a pretty kick ass place and simply networking and getting to know one another. In doing this\, we have found that we all deal with junk on a daily basis. We have also found that sharing with one another helps get us work through some of this stuff.
